We are looking for a skilled SAP BTP Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing custom applications and solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using both code and low-code capabilities. The position involves hands-on technical work, creative problem-solving, and guiding junior developers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in extending SuccessFactors within the BTP platform and will be adept at developing innovative solutions with high technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:


Solution Development: Develop custom applications and solutions on the SAP BTP platform using both code and low-code tools. Focus on extending SuccessFactors and other SAP applications.


Technical Implementation: Build and implement integrations and extensions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem and related SAP applications, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, and Employee Central.


Innovation and Creativity: Apply creative problem-solving skills to develop and refine solutions. Continuously explore and leverage new features and capabilities of the BTP platform.


Guidance and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Share expertise and best practices in developing and extending applications on the BTP platform.


Technical Documentation: Document technical solutions, including development processes, integration points, and system configurations.


Qualifications:


Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP development, with a strong focus on extending SuccessFactors applications. Practical experience with code and low-code development on the BTP platform is essential.


Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP BTP, including development tools, Fiori, UI/UX design, and Webservices (SOAP and REST). High proficiency in developing extensions and custom solutions for SuccessFactors.


Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications are a plus, but not required.
