Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SailPoint Identity IQ, including a deep understanding of full lifecycle management processes and proficient skills in Java Beanshell for maintaining and developing existing code.

Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Maintenance: Engage in the development and maintenance of SailPoint Identity IQ solutions. Utilize Java Beanshell to enhance and troubleshoot existing code.
- Lifecycle Management: Implement and manage full lifecycle processes within SailPoint, including user provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
- Agile Participation: Actively participate in Agile team processes, contributing to fast-paced and collaborative project delivery.
- Problem Resolution: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues within the SailPoint Identity IQ environment.
- Incident Response: Be available to respond promptly to incidents and service requests related to the IAM environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SailPoint configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM with a focus on SailPoint Identity IQ.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Java Beanshell and capable of writing and maintaining complex code.
- Lifecycle Management: Strong understanding of user provisioning, role-based access control, and access review processes.
- Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Agile practices and tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Incident Management: Experience with incident management and the ability to respond to and resolve issues swiftly.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Desirable Skills:
- Certification: SailPoint Identity IQ certification is a plus.
- Other IAM Tools: Familiarity with other IAM tools and technologies is beneficial.
- Cloud Services: Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations.
- Security Standards: Understanding of security standards and compliance requirements related to IAM.
