Insolvency Manager
Job Description:
Main Duties
- Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases (CVLs, MVLs, administrations and bankruptcies) from start to closure
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, creditors and stakeholders
- Leading and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting development
- Preparing reports, statements of affairs and statutory documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Liaising with directors, creditors and external bodies to progress cases efficiently
- Ensuring all cases are compliant with insolvency legislation and internal procedures
- Identifying risks, key issues and opportunities within cases, providing clear recommendations
- Supporting Partners/Directors on more complex or high-value assignments
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of professional service
