Front Office Agent (m/f/x)

Welcome to DEKRA Arbeit Group. In the context of direct placement, we are looking for several full-time Front Office Agents (m/f/x) who reside in Europe and would like to travel to Dubai in order to work for a luxury hotel. Your employment starts from December 2024.

Now let us see how your typical workday looks like:

• Carrying out check-ins and check-outs
• Personal support for guests with all kinds of questions and concerns, especially VIP guests
• Receiving special guest requests and reservations
• Carrying out the complete guest billing
• Perfect communication with all departments of the hotel
• Coordinating and ensuring a smooth service at all times

The skills and competencies for this role are:

• Experience in room cleaning is an advantage
• Completed training in the hotel industry or previous professional experience in the front office area is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English
  
• Confidence, a sense of responsibility and a structured and goal-orientated way of working
  
• Willingness to work full-time and in shifts for at least 6 months
