Team Leader
Job Description

Responsible for overall performance and efficiency of team (30 - 40 persons)

Motivate and strategize how to optimize productivity and efficiency of team to consistently
achieve target
-
Ensure that agency is performing its duties and responsibilities well
-
Control and set the KPIs of team member for both quality and quantity
-
Provide coaching and act as intermediary within the organization
-
Participate in job interviews to select new members
-
Be a consultant within the agent level team, attend meetings with customers
-
Provide reports and present team performances weekly.
Requirement
-
Bachelors Degree or Higher in any relevant field (Thai Nationality)
-
1 years experience in BPO service (customer care - moderation - service analysis)
-
Has experience with team management is an added advantage

Good at communication (Eng - B2 Level)
-
Stays updated and is interested on social-media trends
-
Familiar with fashion / makeup trends (well known brands - trending products) are an
advantage
Working Conditions
-
Shift work: 8hr/day, 5 days a week. Able to work night and overnight shifts.
-
Able to work during Thailand Public Holidays as requested.
