Team Leader

Job Description

  • Responsible for overall performance and efficiency of team (30 - 40 persons)

  • Motivate and strategize how to optimize productivity and efficiency of team to consistently

    achieve target

  • Ensure that agency is performing its duties and responsibilities well

  • Control and set the KPIs of team member for both quality and quantity

  • Provide coaching and act as intermediary within the organization

  • Participate in job interviews to select new members

  • Be a consultant within the agent level team, attend meetings with customers

  • Provide reports and present team performances weekly.

    Requirement

  • Bachelors Degree or Higher in any relevant field (Thai Nationality)

  • 1 years experience in BPO service (customer care - moderation - service analysis)

  • Has experience with team management is an added advantage

  • Good at communication (Eng - B2 Level)

  • Stays updated and is interested on social-media trends

  • Familiar with fashion / makeup trends (well known brands - trending products) are an

    advantage

    Working Conditions

  • Shift work: 8hr/day, 5 days a week. Able to work night and overnight shifts.

  • Able to work during Thailand Public Holidays as requested.
