(OS) Data Modeler (Bussiness Analyst)

Job Description:

Analyze complex business requirements and data sources to design sophisticated data models on the Data Warehouse (DWH).
Lead the structuring, optimization, and maintenance of the data model and data dictionary for DWH.
Conduct comprehensive impact analysis for any changes or new projects on data sources affecting the DWH.
Deliver refined Data Models to the development and reporting teams, and facilitate sessions for the verification and validation of the design model.
Engage in advanced problem analysis, coordinate and collaborate with reporting and/or development teams to ensure data quality assurance and develop long-term solutions to minimize data quality issues and program bugs.

Qualification:

Education: Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in IT Application Development & Support, with a strong preference for experience in DWH projects and Data Model Design.
Skill & Knowledge: Expertise in DWH Design, advanced Reporting Tools, Oracle DB, Unix Shell Script, PL/SQL. Proficiency with Data Model Development Tools such as Erwin, Rational Rose, etc., is highly desirable.
