(Perm) Sr.Network Operation

• Leading, consultation and supervised staff for traubleshooting.

• Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with customer).

• Have familiar with enterprise network and service monitoring tools.

• Configuraiton maintain various network and security deivce(e.g Cisco, Palo-alto FW,VPN, Prisma, SDWAN Viptela)

• Provide support/troubleshooting to resolve issue.

• Dealing with escalated network support issue

Age : 30-40

• Experience at least 5 years.
• Experience in an Internet Service Provider or Managed Service business.
• Experience as a networking engineer or Solid background in network administration and architecture
• Hands-on experience with network operating systems including Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba clearpassa, Fortigate,SD-WAN and IOS
• Advanced knowledge of network operating systems including Cisco, Prisma(Palo Alto Firewall),IPSec, SDWAN Viptela
• In-depth understanding of Routing and Switching and communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP), routing protocols
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools(e.g. Zabbix, SolarWinds network tools)
• Hands-on experience with ISP(Internet Services Provider), router and switch
• Hand-on experience with Routing & Switching
• Hand-on experience with Next-Generation Prisma Firewall Palo-Alto including upgrade , IPSec tunnel, VPN
• Hand-on experience with SD-WAN Viptela
