About the job (Perm) System Engineer
Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting.
Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with Customer).
Have familiar with enterprise network and service monioring tool and dealing with escalated network support issues
Configuraiton maintain various network, System and Security deivce(e.g Cisco,Palo-alto,Fortigate, Microsoft, O365)
Provide support / troubleshooting to resolve issues following service level agreement
Provide Monthly reports to customer, supervisor and project manager upon requests
Work with under pressure and others assigned by supervisor.
Age : 25-35 Years old
Experience :
At least 3 years of experience
Experience in an Internet Service Provider or Managed Service business
Previous work experience as a System engineer or Solid background in System administration and architecture
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft solutions, vSphere, vCenter, Storage
Understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory , WSUS, Exchange , Office365, administration and troubleshooting
Experience with Operation system (Windows client/server, Linux, Vmware) administration and troubleshooting
