(OS) Indirect scoring procurement

Requires:

1. Direct experience in indirect sourcing (supplier, service, provider, hospitality, transportation, etc.)
2. Knowledge both SAP and ERP
3. Able to travel time to time for 4 location (Latkabang, Chonburi, Rayong, Ayutthaya)
4. Able to communicate in English
5. Salary 50 - 60K

Job Description : Indirect Sourcing Procurement

Responsible for Indirect sourcing, including price negotiation, cost analysis,

contract signing, and implementation of purchasing strategy.

Identify and cultivate potential supplier resources, establish communication with

demand sectors, and formulate effective purchasing strategies.

Conduct price negotiations with suppliers, analyze and establish target prices,

exercise control over purchasing costs, and generate comprehensive purchasing

reports.

Draft contracts, collaborate with compliance and finance team, and ensure the

meticulous execution of contract terms.

Analyze purchasing data, devise optimization measures for purchasing costs,

and diligently work towards achieving annual cost reduction targets.

Perform data analysis for purchasing, establish a category price database, and

maintain a robust supplier database.

Responsible for the establishment of the non-production purchasing process

system for streamlined operations.

Handle cost down project and any new assignment distribute to Thai Panasonic

Group.

Provide and support strategic sourcing to users, selection and negotiating with

supplier to constantly strive to best price while maintain the highest and quality

reliability and service.

Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high

delivery and short lead time requirements.

Communicate with users to consolidate requirements into indirect procurement

ordering plan.

Review and analyze users requirements in order to provide the best fit sourcing

strategy and propose qualified supplier.

Perform as a single point of contact both contractors and users to facilitate the

procurement process.

Support users in reviewing PO, invoices, or related documents and announcing

the reference price to users.

Prepare bids, technical specifications, and contractual agreements; perform

research.

Complete other tasks assigned by leader.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in automobiles, business, or relevant fields.

Over 5 years of extensive experience in Indirect purchasing within FMCG

industry; familiarity with operations services, facility service, office supply, etc.

Proficiently use Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP and Oracle systems is

advantageous.

Proficient in English.
