Job Description

  • Community Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive community-focused marketing strategy that aligns with the company's marketing objectives and overall business goals. Define clear goals, KPIs, and metrics to measure the success and impact of community marketing initiatives.
  • Community Engagement: Implement strategies to actively engage and communicate with the community through various channels, such as social media platforms, forums, chat groups, and other community-driven platforms. Foster a sense of belonging, trust, and loyalty among community members.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling and valuable content tailored to the community's interests and needs. This includes blog posts, social media content, videos, webinars, tutorials, newsletters, and other relevant materials that educate, entertain, and engage the community.
  • Advocacy Programs: Develop and manage advocacy programs that empower community members to become brand ambassadors and advocates. Identify and collaborate with influential community members to amplify the company's messaging and drive community growth.
  • Events and Campaigns: Plan and execute virtual and physical events, campaigns, competitions, and other initiatives to engage the community and promote the company's digital assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with community members, key influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Identify partnership opportunities to expand the reach and impact of community marketing efforts.
  • Analytics and Insights: Utilize data analytics and community metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of community marketing initiatives. Analyze community sentiment, engagement metrics, and user feedback to derive actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align community marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and business objectives. Advocate for the community's needs and preferences in decision-making processes.
  • Crisis Management and Reputation: Monitor community sentiment, identify potential issues or concerns, and promptly address them with transparency and professionalism. Handle crisis situations and reputation management, ensuring the company's brand image is preserved.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing marketing community team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in digital marketing or community management are a plus.
  • Proven experience in community-focused marketing roles, preferably within the digital asset, cryptocurrency, technology, or blockchain industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with diverse community members effectively.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with experience in crafting engaging and persuasive marketing content.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinking and strategic planning skills to develop innovative community marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in crisis management, conflict resolution, and handling sensitive community issues with empathy and professionalism.
