(OS) Application Support (Production)

งานส่วนใหญ่จะค่อย Support รับ Call จาก User ที่ใช้งานระบบและทำการ Investigate ปัญหาจนทั้งส่งต่อให้ทีมที่สามารถแก้ไขได้และรายงานผล ทั้งนี้เป็นการ Support งาน Applictaion ที่อยู่บน Production Environment เท่านั้น ไม่ใช่ IT Support, Helpdesk หรือ End-Point Service

Responsibilities:
Help developers setting up and deploying testing environments
Manage and monitor changes process for production deployment
Support and coordinate production incidents
Coordinate with development team and Infrastructure team to manage server/network e.g. server provision process, firewall process
