About the job (OS) Application Support (Production)
Most of the tasks will be to support the call from the user who uses the system and investigate the problem until both forward to the team that can solve and report results. This is to support Applictaion work that is on the production environment only, not IT Support, Helpdesk or End-Point Service
Responsibilities:
Help developers setting up and deploying testing environments
Manage and monitor changes process for production deployment
Support and coordinate production incidents
Coordinate with development team and Infrastructure team to manage server/network e.g. server provision process, firewall process
