We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, build, and deliver enterprise collaboration solutions across SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Azure platforms.

This role focuses on engineering robust, scalable solutions within enterprise environments, combining modern SharePoint development, automation, integrations, and platform optimisation. The successful candidate will contribute across the full lifecycle from solution design and implementation through to stabilisation and support within managed services environments..

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions aligned to governance, security, and scalability standards
• Develop SPFx web parts and extensions to support custom business requirements
• Build and optimise Power Automate workflows and Power Platform solutions
• Implement integrations using Microsoft Graph API and REST services

• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, provisioning, and administration tasks
• Integrate Azure services into Modern Workplace and collaboration platform solutions
• Support migration and modernisation initiatives including legacy workflow replacement
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and source control practices
• Support testing, QA, debugging, and deployment activities
• Assist with troubleshooting and optimisation of Microsoft 365 collaboration environments

Who Do You Need to Be?

• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development
• Experience working with both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premise environments
• Proficiency in SPFx development (React and TypeScript preferred)
• Experience building integrations using Microsoft Graph API and REST services
• Strong PowerShell scripting capability for automation and administration
• Understanding of Azure services, identity management, and platform integrations
• Experience working with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based source control
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within complex Microsoft 365 environments

Desirable

• Microsoft Azure certifications (Administrator, Architect, or DevOps)
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification
• Experience delivering enterprise intranet or collaboration platforms
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance best practices
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments
