Decision Inc. is currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to join our Automation and Digital Applications team, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. This candidate should be able to analyse complex business challenges and determine how these can be solved utilising Microsofts best practices and patterns.

As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for implementing multiple projects, using your expertise in functional aspects. Your Functional expertise will be utilized through configurations and a hands-on approach, ensuring the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

  • Deliver solutions to globally successful customers, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
  • Leverage expertise in both functional and technical aspects of consulting to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) to deliver accurate scoping and estimates for solution implementations.
  • Assist the sales team in creating and delivering client demonstrations to showcase the products value.
  • Lead and participate in client workshops to gather requirements and present solutions.
  • Analyze customer business requirements and design functional and non-functional solutions that adhere to architectural standards.
  • Identify opportunities to utilize out-of-the-box features and determine appropriate customization techniques.
  • Support the development and execution of test scenarios/scripts, ensuring quality throughout the solution testing process.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for requirements, design, and deployment processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in technologies and implementation methodologies to customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, partners, customers, and leaders to proactively manage and resolve risks and issues.
  • Contribute to the global Microsoft community by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and intellectual property, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong client relationships and engage with stakeholders, including Microsoft, to ensure solution success.

Who Do You Need to Be?

  • Deep understanding of business processes and how to optimize them using Dynamics 365 CE to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve client outcomes.
  • Proficiency in facilitating requirements gathering workshops: Skilled at leading discussions with stakeholders to identify business needs and align them with Dynamics 365 CE capabilities. You need to be a strong communicator who can translate client pain points into clear business requirements and effectively map them to the platforms features.
  • Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CE features to support business processes and meet client objectives. This includes:
  • Designing and managing business rules to ensure alignment with business policies and practices.
  • Defining business process flows that guide users through consistent and efficient workflows.
  • Setting up workflows to automate repetitive tasks, improving business efficiency and reducing errors.
  • Creating and managing dashboards to provide real-time insights and actionable reporting for better decision-making.
  • Leveraging Power Automate for seamless process automation, integrating multiple systems and streamlining complex workflows.
  • Ability to analyze and design solutions using out-of-the-box functionality, ensuring that the platform is utilized to its full potential without excessive customization, helping clients reduce costs and complexity.
  • Expertise in advising clients on best practices for using Dynamics 365 CE to drive business value, improve customer engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong skills in translating business requirements into CE functionality: Able to bridge the gap between business needs and the platforms technical capabilities, ensuring solutions are both functional and aligned with the organizations goals.
