Commercial Growth Executive

 Job Description:

The Commercial Growth Executive will drive business growth in the Digital Transformation sector by leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team. This role requires a seasoned leader who can develop strategic sales initiatives, coach subordinates, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital transformation technologies and services, along with a proven ability to drive change, grow commercial pipelines, and inspire teams.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

  • Team Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales executives, providing direction and support to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear expectations for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the sales team.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the digital transformation space, including services like cloud, AI, data analytics, and IoT solutions.
    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business opportunities across industries.
    • Manage and optimize the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Revenue Growth & Target Achievement:
      • Take full ownership of the sales quota and develop actionable plans to achieve revenue goals.
      • Drive growth through new client acquisition, cross-selling, and up-selling to existing customers.
      • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy
      • Client Relationship Management:
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and senior decision-makers in client organizations.
        • Understand client needs and challenges to propose tailored digital transformation solutions.
        • Ensure long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional customer value and satisfaction.
        • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
          • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies in digital transformation.
          • Use insights to refine sales approaches and strategies to ensure the company remains competitive.
          • Identify opportunities for product development and innovation to meet evolving client needs.
          • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
            • Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and business objectives.
            • Participate in the development of go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
            • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to improve service offerings.

            Who Do You Need to Be?

            • Commercial degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
            • 7+ years of experience in sales or business development in the Digital Transformation industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
            • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
            • Strong people management and leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams.
            • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
            • Deep understanding of digital transformation technologies such as Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, and Automation.
            • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
