What Will You Do?

The Senior Client Partners role is key to supporting the growth of the business. They are responsible to generate revenue opportunities, own the sales process and own the client relationship, and deliver the following:

Implementation of the Sales and Marketing Strategy for Decision Inc. UK:

  • Work with the regional leadership team and leverage support from the Decision Inc. Group sales team and resources to implement the local sales initiatives. The primary focus will be on lead generation activities.
  • Participating in and contributing to lead generation activities and campaigns.
  • Chasing up on leads, converting them into meetings and other engagements
  • Actively looking for opportunities to at new potential clients

Sales Performance and Target Management

  • Successful performance against allocated sales targets.
  • Track progress against sales KPIs.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and revenue generation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Utilize commercial understanding to negotiate deal closure.
  • Ensure CRM compliance.
  • Prepare thoroughly for client meetings, including researching client backgrounds and understanding their industry challenges.
  • Effective utilization of CRM in Sales and Account Management.
  • Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Business Development

  • Utilize industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct effective prospecting activities within clients to generate opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Utilize persona understanding to tailor communication and sales strategies to differing functional units within a client.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Conduct in-depth buyer behaviour analysis to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional account management capabilities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Who Do You Need To Be?

Proven Sales Track Record:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a client-facing sales role within a digital transformation or technology consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets and closing complex solution sales deals.
  • Experience in developing account strategies, pipeline management, and upselling new solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams preferable

Client Relationship Management:

  • Extensive experience building and nurturing client relationships at multiple levels, including senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Skilled in account planning, retention strategies, and growth initiatives to expand client revenue streams.
  • Ability to develop and implement tailored strategies to align with clients' digital transformation goals.

Business Development Expertise:

  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts and with new clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams and leverage organizational resources for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Industry Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of digital transformation trends, industry challenges, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies and market conditions within the relevant industry or domain.
  • Understanding of client environments, including key pain points and operational challenges, to effectively propose value-driven solution
  Required Skills:
