Talent Acquisition & Contractor Management Administrator
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Talent Acquisition & Contractor Management Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our growing business. This position is responsible for managing the full contractor lifecycle — from initial business unit briefing and agency engagement, through to contract compilation, onboarding, renewals, and compliance.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, external agencies, HR, and IT, you will ensure that contractor engagements are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with company processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and takes pride in delivering a seamless experience for both internal clients and external partners.

What Will You Do?
Key Responsibility:
New Contractor Engagement:
- Engage with Business Units (BUs) to obtain detailed contractor briefs
- Share briefs with recruitment agencies and discuss requirements
- Review submitted CVs and coordinate interviews with BU / Hiring Managers
- Conduct interview debriefs with Hiring Managers and provide structured feedback to agencies
- Draft and compile Independent Contractor, Sub-Contractor, or Fixed-Term contracts
HR & Onboarding Process
- Upload contracts onto DocuSign and manage signature workflow
- Coordinate HR and IT onboarding processes
- Update New Joiners List and Contractor Tracker
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with BUs and agencies regarding status updates
- Ensure documentation accuracy and process compliance
Contractor Renewals
- Conduct weekly engagement with BUs regarding upcoming contractor renewals
- Prepare and load renewal contracts on DocuSign
- Coordinate HR & IT processes for renewed contractors
- Update Contractor Tracker and communicate status to BUs and agencies throughout
Recruitment Support & Administration
- Conduct interim sourcing and shortlist applicants via Manatal
- Screen and interview junior-level candidates
- Schedule assessments (Adaface / Thomas International)
- Assist with Ifacts background checks, including:
- Criminal record checks
- Qualification verification
Who Do You Need to Be?
- Newly graduated with a BCom in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources Management
- Strong administrative capability with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to engage both internal BUs and external agencies
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Comfortable managing multiple contractor workflows simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
