Referral Policy
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Referral Policy is to establish guidelines for the referral of potential candidates for job openings within DeARX. This policy aims to encourage employee participation in the recruitment process and to reward employees for successful referrals.
2. Eligibility
All current employees of DeARX are eligible to participate in the referral program, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
3. Referral Process
- Employees may refer potential candidates for job openings by submitting their resumes or application details through the designated referral channel, such as the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) or referral portal.
