We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (12-month contract) with a strong background in technical CRM implementation and management within the banking industry. This role involves leading a technical team to design, integrate, and maintain CRM solutions that align with the organisations IT infrastructure and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical CRM projects, ensuring all milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Oversee the customization of CRM systems to meet banking-specific needs, including workflows, compliance, and transaction handling.
  • Lead the integration of CRM systems with core banking platforms, analytics tools, reporting systems, and other IT infrastructure.
  • Manage a cross-functional technical team, including software developers, system engineers, and data specialists, to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
  • Ensure seamless data flow within the CRM system, maintaining data security, privacy, and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Oversee the technical environments supporting CRM systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to align CRM projects with organizational goals.
  • Ensure ongoing technical support and maintenance of CRM systems, addressing any issues or updates as required.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on technical CRM in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in managing CRM systems software development, customization, and integration. Familiarity with banking IT systems is essential.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
  • Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and database management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating technical teams for project delivery.
  • Understanding of banking regulations, data security, and compliance standards.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical details into business insights.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on resolving complex technical challenges effectively.
