Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment targets.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Manage and optimize the reporting matrix to track recruitment metrics and performance.
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present recruitment reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance recruitment processes and systems.
    • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
    • Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related queries and issues.
    • Engage with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to expand the talent pool.
  • Supplier and Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with recruitment suppliers and vendors.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
    • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure alignment with recruitment needs and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven experience in managing a team of recruiters and driving recruitment performance.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present recruitment data.
