ETL Developer

Position: SQL Server ETL Developer

Duration: 6 months minimum contract

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server ETL Developer to join our team or a minimum 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex queries and extensive experience in data management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

- Create and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform and load data from various sources

- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with ETL processes and data quality

- Optimize ETL processes for improved performance and scalability

- Develop and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data flows

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL Server ETL development

- Strong understanding of complex SQL queries and data manipulation techniques

- Experience with SSIS and other ETL tools

- Knowledge of data warehousing principles and best practices

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Experience in financial or investment industry is a plus
