We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology/Domain Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and the .Net Framework, extensive experience in web development with JavaScript, and a proven track record in developing solutions in Dynamics 365. This role requires a deep understanding of industry best practices and the ability to design and build effective solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .Net Framework, and JavaScript.
• Design, architect, and build solutions in Dynamics 365, including configuration, workflow, and plug-in development.
• Utilize Power BI, SSRS, OData, and FetchXML to enhance data reporting and visualization (preferred).
• Follow the full systems development life cycle, ensuring solutions meet industry best practices.
• Estimate design and development work and create application technical standards and documentation.
• Research alternative technologies, tools, and techniques to provide innovative solutions to business problems.
• Migrate data from legacy CRM implementations to Dynamics 365.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to various audiences.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with C# and the .Net Framework.
• Proven web development experience with JavaScript and web services.
• 2+ years of experience developing solutions in Dynamics 365, including configuration, workflow, and plug-in development.
• Experience with Power BI, SSRS, OData, and FetchXML is a plus.
• Solid experience in designing, architecting, and building solutions following industry best practices.
• Experience with the full systems development life cycle for business application development projects.
• Ability to estimate design and development work and create technical standards and documentation.
• Self-motivated with a strong interest in researching alternative technologies.
• Experience migrating data to Dynamics 365 from legacy CRM implementations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Dynamics 365 certification is required.
