About the project:

You will be embedded in a fast-paced environment, tasked with:

  • Tackling bug fixes and quick turnarounds.
  • Building and improving internal monitoring tools.
  • Supporting users and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Delivering clean, maintainable code and improving system performance.

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain .NET Core applications across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
  • Create reusable libraries and components for use across multiple projects.
  • Design, build, test, and document solutions based on functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure robust system compatibility.
  • Resolve technical issues and continuously improve application performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Must-have skills:

  • Solid understanding of C# and the .NET framework
  • 5 - 8 years' experience with .NET Core across Windows, Mac, and Linux
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field
  • ORM experience (Entity Framework or NHibernate)
  • Strong grasp of OOP, SOLID design principles, and design patterns
  • Familiarity with Web APIs and Microservices architecture
  • Proficiency in version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking
  • Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD)
  • Hands-on with Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
