What You'll Be Driving

  • Design & Deliver a future-fit learning framework for strategic upskilling across multiple business clusters.
  • Mobilise Experts and align critical toolkits, skillsets, and application strategies for top-priority domains.
  • Evaluate & Enhance existing learning solutions, frameworks, and vendor partnerships.
  • Benchmark Globally through external scans and best-practice comparisons.
  • Map & Match learning needs to agile, scalable solutions and design a sustainable delivery model.
  • Activate Learning academies and drive adoption of internal and external development pathways.
  • Track & Measure success through performance reporting and business value alignment.
  • Influence & Inspire senior leaders while forging long-term strategic learning partnerships.

You Bring:

  • A postgraduate qualification in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent.
  • 6-8+ years of senior L&D leadership within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience leading strategic learning initiatives across Risk, ESG, Audit, or Sustainable Finance domains.
  • A deep understanding of L&D ecosystemsfrom needs analysis to content delivery and ROI reporting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams.
