  • ** Collaborating & Optimizing: Work closely with teams to make information accessible and encourage a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • ** Reporting & Monitoring: Provide monthly stats, manage SLAs, and keep a keen eye on operational performance to drive improvements.
  • ** Maintaining & Enhancing: Oversee the ServiceNow Portal taxonomy and manage end-user portal banners and announcements.

Who Were Looking For:

  • ** ServiceNow Wizard: Solid experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management and a knack for optimizing knowledge bases.
  • ** SLA Champion: Proven track record in managing SLAs and performance metrics.
  • ** Knowledge Management Specialist: Experience in knowledge management strategies and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • **️ Agile & ITIL Pro: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL4 certification is a plus.
  • ** Communication Guru: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
