What you will be doing

As the SAP Security & GRC Consultant, you will play a strategic and technical role across multiple SAP projects. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions to support secure system access, compliance, and governance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Configuring and implementing SAP GRC Access Control 12.0 and SAP IAG
• Designing and maintaining roles using PFCG, managing SU24 transactions, and troubleshooting with SU53, ST01, and SM19/20
• Performing SAP Authorizations and Access Management for modules including BI/BW, FI, HCM, and SuccessFactors
• Running audits, access reviews, and producing security reports (SUIM, AGR*, USR*, etc.)
• Supporting security gap analysis, defect management, and user provisioning using CUA
• Collaborating with developers and functional teams to ensure secure configurations and integrations

• SAP Security & Authorizations

• SAP SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions
• SAP HCM and other SAP Applications
• Tools: SUIM, PFCG, LSMW, ST01, SU53, SU24, SM19/20
• Cross-module SAP system security for BI/BW, FI, HCM, and SF
