What you'll do:

Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and chat.

Handle orders, returns, billing, and product inquiries.

Recommend solutions and help design customer-specific thermal applications.

Troubleshoot issues and partner with engineering and sales to improve service.

What we are looking for:

2+ years in customer service, sales support, or technical support.
