  • Handle orders, returns, billing, and product inquiries.

  • Recommend solutions and help design customer-specific thermal applications.

  • Troubleshoot issues and partner with engineering and sales to improve service.

  • Contribute to sales growth through upselling and strong customer support.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain solutions clearly.
