Engineering Manager

Position: Engineering Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join their growing team. The Engineering Manager will oversee all engineering projects and manage the engineering staff. This is a full-time, direct placement with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of engineers to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule

- Develop and implement engineering plans, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective project execution

- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative solutions

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and timely delivery

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, address any issues, and provide guidance and support

- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge

- Oversee the preparation of engineering reports, designs, and other project deliverables

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Manage project budgets and resources effectively

- Participate in business development activities and assist with proposal writing and client presentations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent project management and organizational abilities

- Proficiency in engineering software and tools

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
