This role is based the NYC area and while largely remote, will require and benefit from in person meetings from time to time, coordinated together with the team. 

Job Overview:

As a Product Coordinator at Deaglo Technologies, you will drive software product lifecycle from conception through launch, straddling the role of client advocate and building the best products possible. This role is designed for someone with an insatiable curiosity to learn, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for understanding market dynamics. You will be instrumental in conducting market research, managing the product roadmap, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable product strategies, products that help inform significant decisions in financial services. Depending on the candidate, the role can start in a more junior capacity and scale according the skills progression as you get more familiar with the product domain. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape. Provide insights to shape product development and positioning.
  • Product Roadmap: Assist in the creation and management of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the product team and other internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, sales, and marketing) to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Product Strategy: Work closely with the product management team to develop and refine the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product strategies into tangible product features and enhancements. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Pricing and Positioning: Assist in developing pricing strategies and product positioning to ensure products are competitive in the market.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders across various departments to gather feedback, manage expectations, and drive product development in line with company priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all product-related tasks, from documentation to execution, are handled meticulously and with an eye for accuracy.

Qualifications:  

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a product management or product coordination role preferably in enterprise software products in financial services.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market research and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A deep curiosity and eagerness to learn about new markets, technologies, and trends.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into product strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in using project management and product development tools.
