About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to help new clients successfully adopt and maximize the HubSpot platform. In this role, you will guide customers through the onboarding journey, from understanding their business needs to configuring HubSpot, delivering training, and ensuring a smooth transition into the platform.
You will work closely with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Customer Success teams to create a positive onboarding experience and help clients achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new client onboarding projects and ensure a seamless implementation experience.
- Gather and assess client requirements to recommend suitable HubSpot solutions.
- Configure and customize HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs based on customer needs.
- Build and manage HubSpot assets, including workflows, pipelines, forms, landing pages, and reporting dashboards.
- Deliver training sessions and provide guidance on HubSpot best practices.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor onboarding progress and identify opportunities to improve customer adoption and success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones and customer expectations are met.
- Stay informed on HubSpot updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing, implementation, onboarding, or customer success role.
- Proven experience configuring and managing HubSpot environments.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- HubSpot Certification is required (proof of certification must be provided).
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Preferred Experience
- Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting SaaS or technology-based products.
- Familiarity with CRM implementation and customer onboarding processes.
