  • Document management- contracts, assignment confirmation sheets, acknowledgements in ATS
  • Timesheet collection and timesheet send out, report management in Timeco (as shown with Timeco customer service)
  • Invoice creation and send out
  • Job board management on all forums and posting management
  • Candidate contract send out
  • Social media posts/buffer
  • Workers Comp Poster Management
  • Sourcing
  • Inventory management
  • Client Account support RFP awarded clients support
  • Added duties and changing of duties will occur
