JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team!

Technical SEO Skills 

Website Structure and HTML: Understanding of how websites are built, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to improve site structure, meta tags, and loading speed. 

Crawling and Indexing: Expertise in ensuring that search engine bots can crawl and index a websites content effectively. 

Site Speed Optimization: Familiarity with techniques to reduce website load times, such as image optimization, caching, and minimizing code. 

Mobile Optimization: Ability to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and meet the requirements of Googles mobile-first indexing.



Keyword Research and Analysis

Keyword Tools: Proficiency with tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz to identify relevant keywords with high search volume and low competition. Search Intent Analysis: Ability to understand user intent behind searches and align content to fulfill that intent.

On-Page SEO

Content Optimization: Skills in optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content for target keywords. Internal Linking: Experience in creating an effective internal linking structure to enhance site navigation and authority distribution. Schema Markup: Knowledge of structured data and schema markup to help search engines better understand website content.

Off-Page SEO

Link Building: Proficiency in building high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and content creation. Competitor Analysis: The ability to analyze competitors backlinks and SEO strategies to inform future efforts.

Content Creation and Optimization

Content Strategy: Understanding of how to create content that aligns with SEO best practices and user needs. Copywriting Skills: Strong writing skills to produce engaging and optimized content for blogs, product pages, and other site elements.

Data Analysis and Reporting

Analytics Tools: Expertise in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO analytics platforms to track performance and user behavior. SEO Audits: Ability to conduct detailed audits to identify weaknesses in a sites SEO performance and opportunities for improvement. Performance Tracking: Skills in measuring keyword rankings, traffic growth, conversion rates, and other SEO metrics.

Local SEO

Google My Business: Experience in optimizing Google My Business listings for local search visibility. Local Keywords: Knowledge of targeting location-based keywords and creating locally relevant content.

Content Management Systems (CMS)

CMS Platforms: Proficiency in using popular CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento to implement on-page SEO changes. Plugin Use: Experience with SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math for easy on-page optimization.

Strategic Thinking

SEO Strategy Development: Ability to create long-term SEO strategies that align with business goals. SEO Trends Awareness: Staying up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates, new ranking factors, and emerging trends in the SEO world.

Communication and Collaboration

Client Communication: Skills in explaining complex SEO concepts and reporting results in a clear and understandable manner. Cross-Team Collaboration: Ability to work with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies effectively.
