Service and Sales Specialist

The purpose of this role is to support the business's objectives by focusing on providing quality independent living communities for seniors. The experienced candidate will deliver excellent customer service to the community and the village by assisting with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. You will help the business grow its portfolio by offering affordable rental accommodations.

What are the duties and responsibilities?

• Provide outstanding customer support to the villagers through giving solutions on their accommodation needs
• Respond to renters requests and inquiries promptly and courteously
• Assist in getting messages and redirecting concerns to appropriate departments or POCs
• Report any maintenance issues or damages and book appointment to vendor suppliers (technicians, eletricians, housekeeping, delivery, etc)
• Develop rapport with prospect clients, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties
• Identify potential sales opportunities and present properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
• Provide exceptional service throughout the buying process, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing support as needed



• The essentials youll need:
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in rental accommodation, reservation or similar fields
• Must have exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience in customer service and sales with Australian clients is an advantage
• Skilled in asking probing questions and obtaining detailed information to understand the customers needs
• Ability to work independently, build rapport, and take the initiative in process improvements
• Proficient in navigating equipment and CRM systems
• Amenable to working full-time on-site in Cubao, Quezon City
