We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team! As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's contracts, from creation to execution. Your main goal will be to ensure that all contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts, while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure that contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies
  • Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any issues or differences promptly.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address any contract-related issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments, including project management, legal, and finance, to ensure all contract terms are understood.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure contract compliance and identify any potential risks
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in contract law
  • Assist in the development of contract templates and standard operating procedures
  • Provide support to other departments as needed in regards to contract-related matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Australian contract law and legal terms.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
