This key role ensures the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, supporting our removals crews, managing logistics, and maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate removals and storage jobs
  • Liaise with customers to confirm bookings and provide service updates
  • Organize crew assignments and vehicle logistics for efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records of jobs, inventory, and storage units
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
  • Support the team with problem-solving and customer queries
  • Assist with administrative duties such as invoicing and documentation

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in logistics, transport, removals, or a similar operational role
  • Experience scheduling and allocatin
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
