This key role ensures the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, supporting our removals crews, managing logistics, and maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate removals and storage jobs
- Liaise with customers to confirm bookings and provide service updates
- Organize crew assignments and vehicle logistics for efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, inventory, and storage units
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations
- Support the team with problem-solving and customer queries
- Assist with administrative duties such as invoicing and documentation
What Were Looking For
- Experience in logistics, transport, removals, or a similar operational role
- Experience scheduling and allocatin
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
- Tech savvy with ability to use scheduling software
- A team player with a proactive approach
