Operations Associate
About the job Operations Associate
The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This
position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problemsolving
skills. The Operations Associate will assist in various operational and administrative tasks to ensure the
smooth and efficient functioning of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Team in planning, and overseeing daily operational activities.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and attendance of teams and staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and create reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist in resolving staff or client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize meetings/appointments and follow through on action items
- Help in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Support with onboarding process for new employees.
- Record and document processes and procedures
- Liaise with staff members or teams to communicate updates or to get feedback as necessary
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in planning and executing company projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources,
or any related field; - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an administrative or operational role
preferably within a BPO or shared services-oriented environment. - Skills:
o Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
o Solid organizational and multitasking skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
o Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o Familiarity with project management tools and software is advantageous
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
