Position: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer at DBOS, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for an Australian Client. You will effectively communicate our clients' brand and message by doing creative concepts and produce high-quality designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and print materials.

- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts and ideas for campaigns and projects.

- Understand clients' brand guidelines and ensure all designs are consistent with their brand identity.

- Conduct research and stay updated on design trends to ensure our designs are modern and relevant.

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

- Communicate and present design ideas to clients and team members effectively.

- Manage and maintain design files and assets for easy accessibility and future use.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance our design processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

- Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- A portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
