About the job Service Scheduling Coordinator (Constructions Company)
The Scheduler (Phone and Admin Support) will be responsible for providing support to our Service Divisions for Job Scheduling & Management but may also include other administrative and project-based tasks as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up Jobs in Job Management System (Aroflo)
- Updating Job information in client portals
- Assist with Invoice & Purchase Order Costing
- Compiling Job Reports for clients
- Managing employee compliance certification
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, and able to provide accurate and timely daily/weekly/monthly reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interpreting findings to different stakeholders
- Microsoft Office skills with moderate proficiency using Excel for data reporting and analysis
- Attention to detail with an ability to identify discrepancies and correct errors.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames

- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
