Digital Marketing Specialist
About the job Digital Marketing Specialist
Supporting the head of eCommerce and Digital, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-pace environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and ready to work across different areas, from eCommerce, digital marketing to admin.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update product information and availability.
- Oversee website content management (e.g. banners, promotions, building landing pages).
- Manage enquiries in relation to the digital channel, troubleshoot issues, and effectively manage tasks to ensure timely resolution.
- Management of EDM campaigns, including briefing, testing, scheduling, and tracking performance.
- Manage marketing automation campaigns, optimise the customer journey, testing and tracking results.
- Execute digital initiatives across various channels, liaising with internal stakeholder and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and adherence to deadlines.
- Assisting in digital project management and rollout, ensure clear communication and deliverables.
- Provide additional ad-hoc marketing support should they arise.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in eCommerce website management, has strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo highly preferred) and CRM systems
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva (preferred)
- Proficiency in coding is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Office suite
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
