We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team! As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's contracts, from creation to execution. Your main goal will be to ensure that all contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
- To administer each project under your control to ensure all Head Contract and Subcontract Agreement obligations are met by all parties;
- To ensure implementation of the client's Quality Assurance System;
- To maximise the financial position of the client on each project;
- To provide support to the Project Manager and Site Manager to achieve project objectives.
REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
- Prepare monthly internal project report and attend reporting session;
- Prepare periodic project report for Superintendent, if required;
- Prepare monthly project cash flow projection for Commercial Manager;
- Prepare monthly project cash flow for Superintendent;
- Complete monthly project cost to complete and margin forecast in conjunction with Site Manager and Project Manager;
- Advise Commercial Manager and Project Manager of any risks or movements from the previous forecast.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Tertiary Degree or Diploma, or relevant Construction Industry experience.
- Possess good character and integrity.
- Good people skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Building related discipline.
- At least 3 years cadetship in contract administration.
- Knowledge of CHEOPS or any similar accounting/project management system.
- Good understanding of finance, contract law and various standard forms of contracts.
*Candidates who are willing to work onsite, office at Cubao, Quezon City, for the first 30 days and transition to a Hybrid Setup (three days onsite, two days wfh weekly) will be prioritized.
