Work Arrangement:
Candidates who are interested must be willing to work onsite for the first 30 days or during the training period. Afterward, they will transition to a hybrid setup with 4 days of remote work and 1 day onsite.

Schedule:
5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Manila time, Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday as rest days).

First Table is a platform that fosters restaurant discovery and connects people over their shared love of food.First Table is looking for a content writer and marketing support specialist with a passion for writing and social media and exceptionally strong verbal and written English skills, to join the team (remotely).

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this role is responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Writing clear, compelling and on-brand copy for digital channels, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, paid media, giveaway promotions
  • Proofing and editing email communications to our NZ, Australian and UK consumer marketsCreating social media content for restaurant marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the marketing team with core day to day marketing administration to implement and maintain our global marketing strategy
  • Monitoring of social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Assisting with brand and marketing campaigns across all three of our markets
  • Graphic design and video editing skills a bonus

Job Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a marketing or content writer for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Previous experience in BPO or shared services, preferably with NZ, UK, and AU campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools, project management software, and CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable managing repetitive tasks in content and visual editing with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Willing to communicate and collaborate with the onshore team, with the ability to identify and respond to urgent matters effectively
