 As a Sales and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and promoting our client's car rental services to potential customers.



Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our client's car rental services

- Handle and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Promote and upsell services to potential customers

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong customer relationships

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

- Keep track of customer interactions and update the customer database

- Provide regular reports on sales and customer feedback to the team and management

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide insights and suggestions for improvement

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer support, preferably in the car rental industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
