About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our growing Marketing and IT team. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys working across the entire technology stack—from building and maintaining modern WordPress websites to developing custom business applications and managing cloud infrastructure.

You will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining our WordPress websites, proprietary CRM platform, mobile application, and VentraIP hosting environment. Working closely with the Marketing and Operations teams, you will deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing digital solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Management

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites.
  • Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins as required.
  • Implement new website features, landing pages, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot website issues and resolve bugs in a timely manner.
  • Improve website performance, speed, accessibility, SEO, and security.
  • Perform regular website updates, maintenance, and security monitoring.
  • Manage staging and production environments.

Full Stack Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain internal web applications.
  • Build new features and enhancements for the company's proprietary CRM platform.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
  • Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and software architecture discussions.

CRM Development

  • Enhance and maintain the company's proprietary CRM platform.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow automation features.
  • Integrate CRM with third-party platforms including:

    • Google APIs
    • Payment gateways
    • Email marketing platforms
    • SMS services
    • Marketing automation tools
  • Continuously improve the user experience for internal stakeholders.

Server & Infrastructure Management

  • Manage websites hosted on the VentraIP platform.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based web servers.
  • Perform website deployments, migrations, and server maintenance.
  • Manage DNS records, SSL certificates, email configurations, backups, and security.
  • Monitor website uptime, server performance, and system health.
  • Troubleshoot networking, hosting, and server-related issues.

Technical Support

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for internal applications and systems.
  • Investigate and resolve software defects and technical issues.
  • Document technical processes, system configurations, and architecture.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers when necessary.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and modern web development.
  • Extensive experience with WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB.
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Linux server administration and hosting management.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Experience integrating marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
  • Experience developing and maintaining CRM systems.
