Systems Integration Developer (Project based)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Integration Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations between a custom CRM, Zoho Billing, and various communication platforms. This project-based role requires end-to-end integration development across multiple systems, ensuring seamless data flow, automation, and system reliability.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, telephony, SMS, and email integrations, and is comfortable working with custom CRM environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize REST API integrations between Zoho Billing and a custom CRM.
• Integrate the CRM with telephony platforms, including call logging, click-to-dial functionality, and call recording links.
• Integrate SMS gateway providers to support sending and receiving messages, delivery status tracking, and message templates.
• Develop and maintain email integrations for sending, receiving, tracking, and templated email campaigns.
• Configure and maintain webhooks and event-driven workflows across connected systems.
• Write and maintain Deluge scripts within Zoho Billing as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization issues between Zoho Billing and Zoho Analytics.
• Collaborate with the internal development team to ensure systems remain synchronized and perform efficiently.
• Document integration workflows, API endpoints, and technical processes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building REST API integrations across multiple platforms.
• Experience integrating CRM systems with telephony and/or SMS gateway providers (e.g., Twilio, MessageMedia, or similar).
• Strong understanding of webhooks and event-driven architecture.
• Experience working with custom or non-Zoho CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Zoho Billing.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zoho Analytics.
• Background in financial services or vehicle leasing is an advantage.
• Experience with payment gateway tokenization and PCI-DSS compliance.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI or Claude) into CRM or communication workflows, such as:
  • Automated call summaries
  • SMS and email drafting
  • Data extraction and workflow automation
• Experience with:
