About the job Growth Marketing Executive

About Daye

Daye is a women's health and medical device company on a mission to change the way women's health is researched, funded, and talked about. Our product range spans an FDA-cleared diagnostic tampon and a full line of organic, body-safe period care, sold across the UK, US, and beyond.

The Role

Most marketing roles ask you to pick a lane early. This one is built to do the opposite.

You'll join Daye's growth team and rotate through every channel we run — paid social, paid search, email/CRM, organic and content, and site conversion — learning each one directly from the person who owns it. Each rotation gives you real work, not shadowing: you'll run campaigns, manage segments, brief creative, and report on results inside that channel, with its owner as your mentor.

The goal is a marketer who understands the whole growth engine — how a paid campaign feeds an email flow, how a landing page decides whether either one pays off — and who can step into any channel when the team needs it. When a channel owner is on leave or the business shifts, you're the person who keeps that seat warm. Over time, you'll specialise in the channel where your strengths and our needs meet — that direction is yours to shape as much as ours.

To be clear about what this is and isn't: it's not an entry-level role or an internship with a nicer title. We're looking for someone with a couple of years of marketing behind them who already knows at least one channel well and wants to deliberately build breadth before going deep.

The role location is Sofia, Bulgaria.

What You'll Do

  • Rotate through Daye's growth channels — paid social, paid search, email/CRM, organic/content, and site conversion — mentored by each channel's owner
  • Own real deliverables within each rotation: campaigns, flows, briefs, landing page tests, and the reporting that goes with them
  • Provide cover across channels when owners are on leave or focused elsewhere — this flexibility is central to the role, not a side effect
  • Build fluency in the metrics that connect the channels: CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV, retention
  • Run experiments within each channel and document what you learn so the whole team benefits
  • Contribute to campaign planning across a busy, multi-market calendar
  • After completing the rotations, begin specialising in the channel that fits your strengths and the team's needs

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment
  • Solid command of at least one growth channel already — paid media, CRM, content, or conversion — with the results to show for it
  • A clear appetite for breadth: you want to understand the full funnel, not just perfect your current lane
  • Comfort with data — you can pull your own numbers from tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, or Klaviyo and explain what they mean
  • Adaptability — rotations mean regular context switching, new tools, and new mentors, and you should find that energising rather than draining
  • A collaborative, low-ego approach: you'll be the newest person in five different specialisms over your first year
  • Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or regulated product categories

This position is for you if you are:

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity.
  • Obsessed with proactive risk management and can think like both an attacker and a regulator.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, resource-constrained start-up where processes evolve quickly.
  • Motivated by building from scratch from policies to infrastructure and seeing your work directly protect patients.
  • Deeply aligned with Daye's mission to restore trust and transparency in women's health.
  • Comfortable with working on mundane, as well as strategic tasks.
  • Obsessed with self-organisation.
  • Exhibiting high levels of autonomy.
  • Committed to accuracy and have impeccable attention to detail.
