The Role
A Software Engineer, Product who owns and ships features end-to-end across Auctor's core product surfaces, working closely with design, operations, GTM, and deployed-services teams to turn complex enterprise workflows into simple, powerful interfaces. In person in NYC, 5 days/week.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and iterate on user-facing product experiences for AI-powered collaborative workflows
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, launch, and iteration
- Work directly with design and customers to translate complex enterprise workflows into simple, powerful interfaces
- Build rich document generation, synthesis, and review experiences on top of LLM infrastructure
- Develop integrations and data surfaces that connect enterprise tools (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, etc.) into seamless product workflows
- Drive product quality through instrumentation, experimentation, and tight feedback loops with users
Tech stack: Full-stack — React/Next.js front end, APIs and data layer behind it, LLM infrastructure, enterprise integrations (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint)
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in full-stack engineering or AI integration and can ship features end-to-end
- Comfortable working full-time in NYC office
- Strong communicator and team player
- Strong company backgrounds and experiences
- No school pedigree required, but must show extremely strong builder capability (active GitHub, won Hackathons/built projects)
