Aragon launched in 2022 as the first AI headshot product to market and scaled to $1M ARR within its first months while remaining profitable from day one. Today the company generates approximately $12M ARR and has expanded into AI image generation, product photography, e-commerce assets, and enterprise team solutions. The long-term vision is to become a full AI creative suite spanning images, video, and audio.

About the Role

This is a founding growth seat with full ownership over growth strategy, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content — taking over programs currently managed directly by the founder. You will partner directly with the founder, build growth systems from scratch, and operate across multiple marketing channels simultaneously to drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue growth.

What You'll Own

  • Own growth strategy end to end
  • Lead influencer marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of growth or marketing experience
  • High agency and scrappy operator mindset
  • Strong execution skills and fast learning ability
  • End-to-end ownership mentality with demonstrated measurable business impact
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to operate independently
  • Interest in generative AI

Target Backgrounds

Strong signals include first marketing hire at a startup, founding growth experience, performance marketing agency ownership, consumer or prosumer product growth experience, owned multiple marketing functions simultaneously, influencer marketing success, and generative AI product familiarity. Ideal roles: Founding Growth Marketer, Growth Lead, Growth Manager, Performance Marketing Lead, Consumer Growth, Product Marketing, Startup Generalist, Growth Operator, AI Startup Marketer, or Influencer Marketing Lead.
