Enterprise Account Executive Snapshot: $120K–$140K base · $250K–$300K OTE + equity · San Francisco (Mission District) · On-site (5 days) · Visa: transfers OK, no net-new H1B · 5–8 yrs enterprise SaaS THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is a venture-backed AI company (~20 people) redefining enterprise automation with AI agents that learn by watching — a generative-AI replacement for legacy RPA tools that runs at ~10x the speed and lower cost. They serve Fortune 500 insurers, healthcare providers, and fintechs. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be one of the earliest GTM hires with major upside as the sales org builds ahead of a Series B. Quota is ~$1.2–1.5M annually on $100–200K ACV deals. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the complete sales cycle — sourcing, prospecting, consultative discovery, and closing deals with COOs, CIOs, and Heads of Operations. Build and manage pipeline against a ~$1.2–1.5M quota, working with SDRs who support sourcing. Travel ~10% to meet customers on-site. Position the platform as a replacement for legacy RPA incumbents, making the economic case to save enterprises millions. Partner with leadership to refine GTM and package solutions for key verticals (insurance, banking, financial services). WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE First 90 days: master the product and economic pitch, build pipeline, and advance executive deals. First year: hit a ~$1.2–1.5M number, prove the repeatable enterprise motion, and help shape vertical GTM ahead of Series B. MUST-HAVES 5–8 years enterprise SaaS sales closing $100–200K+ ACV; a track record taking a startup from 1 to 10, ideally with a blue-chip foundation; strong C-suite alignment. NICE-TO-HAVES Experience selling automation, RPA, or AI/ML platforms; vertical depth in insurance, banking, or financial services. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $120K–$140K base (USD), $250K–$300K OTE, competitive equity. LOCATION & WORK MODEL On-site 5 days/week in San Francisco (Mission District).
