The Role
Bluejay is hiring its first Growth and Marketing Lead to own brand, narrative, SEO/GEO strategy, and the full creative and inbound marketing engine from scratch, working closely with the founding GTM team and reporting to the CEO.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own Bluejay's brand narrative and positioning across all channels, sharpening how the company communicates simulation, evaluation, and observability to technical buyers
- Ship a steady stream of content AI engineers and founders want to read — technical posts, launch announcements, case studies, product teardowns
- Drive discoverability through SEO, GEO, and AI-native distribution, owning strategy and execution end to end
- Design and run creative and guerrilla marketing campaigns that generate mindshare in the voice AI and conversational AI space
- Build the inbound pipeline engine and run experiments across social, email, paid, and community channels — treat marketing like a product: test, measure, refine
- Own product marketing and launches end to end, building competitive positioning and arming founders and SDR with messaging, decks, and assets
- Build community and ecosystem presence through events, dinners, and co-marketing motions alongside the founders

- 3+ years marketing or growth experience, startup background required
- SEO and GEO experience required
