THE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is a well-funded AI company (~36 people, founded 2017) building AI-powered document-fraud detection for banks, lenders, and fintechs. You'll join as the 2nd AE and help define how the company sells as it scales — a high-ownership, full-cycle role selling into risk, fraud, and operations teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close within a defined target account list. Build relationships with senior stakeholders across risk, fraud, and operations. Drive new business with accurate weekly forecasting. Partner cross-functionally with Product and Marketing. Leverage AI tools for efficiency and deal execution.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

First 90 days: ramp on the product and fraud/fintech buyer, and build pipeline across target accounts. First year: consistently close new business and help codify the sales playbook as the second AE.

MUST-HAVES

2–4 years full-cycle B2B SaaS sales in fintech or financial services; comfort selling to senior risk/fraud/ops stakeholders; strong forecasting discipline.

NICE-TO-HAVES

Fraud, risk, compliance, or fintech-infrastructure sales; experience as an early AE defining a sales motion.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$115K–$130K base (USD), $230K–$240K OTE on a 50/50 split with uncapped commission and top-performer accelerators, competitive equity.

LOCATION & WORK MODEL

Hybrid in San Francisco.
