The Role

A seasoned growth lead working directly with the Head of Growth to scale the company from $XX $XXX ARR — a creative, data-driven, hands-on marketer who can move between high-level strategy and execution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acquisition strategy: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (AEO/SEO, SEM, social, growth hacks) to drive qualified leads.
  • Product-led growth: Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance viral loops, in-product engagement, and conversion flows.
  • Content & storytelling: Launch high-impact content — webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers — to power performance marketing and outbound.
  • Growth experimentation: Ideate and implement rapid-testing frameworks to identify and scale the most effective acquisition channels.
  • Events & conferences: Plan and execute conferences, events, and supporting email marketing with a data-driven approach.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Work with Heads of Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering for consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.

  • 1–3 years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth B2C (e.g., consumer fintech, marketplace, or similar)
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (AEO/SEO, SEM, social, growth hacks)

  • Create high-impact content including webinars, case studies, blog posts, white papers
